Processing Time:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time:
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. This is an honest estimate — occasionally customs or local carriers add a day or two, but we'll always keep you informed.
Track & Trace:
The moment your cap leaves our hands, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you know exactly where it is and when to expect it.
Shipping Costs:
Free. No conditions, no minimum order. That's just how it should be.
Returns & Exchanges:
If your cap doesn't fit or isn't right for any reason, email Arthur directly at info@farnellhatco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll sort it out — no restocking fees, no runaround. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, but exchanges for a different size are always free.
A Note on Shipping:
Once your order is with the carrier, transit is outside our direct control. We recommend checking your cap within 24 hours of delivery. If something isn't right, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
