Return and Refund Policy
At Farnell Hat Co., we stand behind every cap we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your cap must meet the following conditions:
— Unworn and in its original condition
— Returned in its original packaging, with all included materials
— Securely packed to prevent damage in transit
— Sent with a tracked shipping method (at your own cost)
— Email us on the day of shipment with a photo of your tracking code
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
Size Exchanges:
If your cap doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the right size — free of charge. Email us at info@farnellhatco.com and we'll handle it from there. No restocking fee. No questions asked.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email us at info@farnellhatco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Return Costs:
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless your item arrived defective or does not match what was described. In that case, we cover it — no argument.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. The amount will be returned via your original payment method.
